This website holds complete authority over the dispersion of media contained within this website, and will deal directly with parties desiring to link to properties of this site to include graphics, text, content, or seperate pages as a whole as additions to their internet presence. Permission to link to specific portions of this site remain up to the discression of the webmaster. Permission must be sought via email to the webmaster concerning 'linking' to priveledged material.    Priveledged material as pertaining to graphics not located in 'Downloads/Gallery' pages.

4. No other website/webring shall include the contents (whole or partial) of this website for submission to other websites, as seperate components or objects to be included in internet search engines without permission.

The 'Bot Shop website expresses NO desire to be incorporated into marketing websites or web-rings (i.e. FreeForAll Network), as this site was designed with the intent of being accessible without extensive user delays (i.e. streaming flow of pop-ups, non-closeable frames, excessive banner abuse, extensive graphic delays (Flash, Media, etc), rampant marketing ads, looping 'Top Ten' pages, mouse pointer trails/magnets, inescapable pages, misleading/misrepresentative advertising), and to be user friendly with a minimal distraction to the user. Violation of this request will result in strategic actions envoked by the webmaster of this site. At present time, The Bot Shop contains a minimal number of advertising pop-ups, but this will soon change.

6. Individuals or companies with whom have agreed to become sponsors have been informed that they are under no perpetually binding contract. Sponsorship obligations are dealt with on a case by case basis as to longevity of sponsorship, and understand that this contract in no way obligates the webmaster to relinquish any part of the site to any third party ( which is regarded here into as private intellectual/multimedia property of the site webmaster). The Bot Shop Webmaster controls full and explicit rights and properties regardless of sponsorship. In addition, sponsors shall have no incurred right to dictate changes in appearance or content of this site.

7. It is also the obligation of this website to honor sponsorhip contract, and will oblige the terms laid out in contract for allotted advertising/sponsorship time frames. If it is deemed unsuitable for sponsors to be included into the content of this site, 3 working days prior notice will be given in accordance with the guidelines of the contract, and the remainder of their monies returned 'pro-rata'. The same applies to said sponsor, who deems it unnecessary to further sponsor this site. They shall give 3 working days prior notice to the webmaster via email as to their intentions, and shall recieve equivalent monies in proportional compensation also at 'pro rata'.

8. If sponsors deemed it pertinent to donate materials, the estimated market value will be assessed by a mediative third party and that estimate shall become the sum of financial recompensation should the sponsor detract their contract agreement.
